Joey, Jackson and I headed to Houston where we stayed with Aunt Sarah and Uncle Mark this weekend. We met up with Flip and Fran for some sun and fun! It was also awesome because we got to see Jenn, Sean, and Chase. We always have a blast when we visit because they definately know how to have a good time. They pretty much have a resort in their backyard and so we just lived it up from thursday to monday. Thanks again guys for another great labor day vacation!
Alright, we must start with this picture. Joey, last year grew out his hair and on labor day allowed his family to shave his head, close to bald. Well, he decided then that he wouldn't cut it again until the following labor day in Houston. He kept his word and had extremely long hair and facial hair. So, of course for this next hair cut he went with the mullet and the stache. I know what you are thinking............WOW!
We were so excited because on our way to Sarah and Mark's house Jackson got to hang out with his Great Grammy and Great Uncle Eric. He played and showed off for them. It was so great catching up and allowing them to finally meet Jackson. Thanks guys for the fun!
These next pictures are of us swimming in their famous pool
We had a blast if you couldn't tell by all the pictures. We ate AMAZING food, swam in a fantastic pool, and played a fun game of ladder golf. Thank you guys for being the host and hostess with the mostess! Love yall and can't wait to do it again!

6.2 Miles of Fun!
I was in Dallas this weekend running a 10k with one of my friends and client, Donna. Her goal was to run the entire thing and she did it! I had a great time with this race, since I was itching to get back into running. I haven't run a race since the half marathon in April and so this was a great run for me. The getting up at 4:30 this morning to get there by 6am was pretty brutal, but I am glad that I did it. My fantabulous husband came with me. How sweet is he?! We had a great time. Thanks Donna for a great run! Congrats on your first 10k!

Scary Grill
Check out Jackson's teeth. I didn't expect my cutie to look so...scary with teeth. It cracks me up! Thanks Donna for the great pacifier! Jackson really loves it, and it definately gets quite a few stares when we are out. I had to sneak in with my camera and snap this right before he went down for a nap because that is the only time he will use a pacifier. Oh, the humiliating things our children have to go through. Great times!
